Job Duties
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Use power of communication to regularly, effectively, and directly relay information to Service Advisor in order to keep customers informed of their vehicle status
Provide a timely and comprehensive estimate of time needed for repairs
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy while ensuring alignment with all state and manufacturer standards
Perform multi-point inspection on each vehicle

Minimum Qualifications
Broad experience in all areas of automotive service & repair
Positive and friendly attitude
Dependable
Clean and valid Driver's License
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Process and detail oriented
Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow
Ideal Qualifications
Master ASE Certification
Virginia State Inspector Certification
Emission Repair Technician Certification
Automotive technician experience or equivalent education
