As an Industrial Engineer Graduate Intern your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support of the Central Tool Install and Productivity team by helping them understand, break and actively manage ecosystem constraints.
Help suggest, develop and implement productivity improvements.
Understand Tool Install and Qualification ramp rate.
Identify wastes and limits to Ramp Rate
Plan manufacturing layout of factory floor
Determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow,
Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
Develop metrics to measure equipment, factory capacity and output, while identifying bottlenecks.
Establish and assist in establishing training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations.
Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
Develop and implementing plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods
Work schedule is full time on-site during summer with potential to extend to part time hybrid or remote during terms.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline such as Industrial Engineering, ora closely related field.
The candidate must be pursuing a Master's degree in either Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year demonstrated capabilities and knowledge in manufacturing science, data analysis, and project/program management.
6+ months of experience with:
One or more data analytical tools such as MS Excel, JMP, MiniTab, or SQL Pathfinder with basic understanding of data structures/query fundamentals and experience with scripting languages.
Operations research including theory of constraints, supply chain management and factory physics.
