A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, offering insights on workforce planning, talent management and organizational development Champion and drive a culture of high performance, innovation and accountability while maintaining operational excellence Manage all talent management cycles in partnership with the Comp team Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring demands including retaining top-tier talent and partnering with the compensation teams on hiring ranges Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee experiences. Champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience ensuring a positive and inclusive culture. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $121,500.00-170,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
