About the Reservation Specialist position
The main objective of a Reservation Agent is to book ground transportation reservations for our clients with attention to detail while providing clear and upbeat customer service. You’ll be responsible for assisting our clients, chauffeur staff, answering questions regarding timing and preferred pick up directions, giving quotes, emailing clients, and communicating professionally via emails, texts and chats. The average day is spent working with data entry, answering phones, responding to email, etc. This is a great position for someone who likes day-to-day consistency and providing great customer service. This role is also a fit for someone who can provide consistent output of very detailed, data-driven, work.
Responsibilities
Deliver high level work with attention to tiny data details
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Book and quote clients transportation needs
Answer phones, respond to emails and online chats from clients answering any questions they may have regarding their transportation needs such as pick up time/directions, vehicles etc.
Dispatching/reviewing details of trips with chauffeurs and any special requests
Assist with projects during downtimes (mostly data or spreadsheet related)
Qualifications
Must have previous customer service/office experience - minimum of 2 years
Strong communication skills
Schedule flexibility - able to work nights and a minimum of every other weekend
Desire to provide excellent customer service to clients
Multi-tasking skills
Detail Oriented
Understand global time zones and be able to effectively understand and use military time
What we are looking for..
We are looking for someone that is a self starter, someone that can learn the position and own it. This position requires someone that is reliable and wants to be part of a dedicated team. There is potential for growth to become a Reservations Manager and we will be looking for a candidate, with a certain set of skills, to fill this position.
Schedule This is an in-person, Sunday through Thursday position (Off Friday and Saturday). The hours will be as follows:
Sunday: 7am to 3pm, Monday and Tuesday: 10am to 7pm, Wednesday and Thursday: 9am to 6pm
Training hours: Mon-Fri for the first 4-5 weeks of employment.
8 hour shift | day shift | holidays | weekends as needed
