Procurement of projects - Issue Purchase Orders and Review Scopes

Maintain standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields (Minimum 2 Years) Preferably asphalt and/or concrete experience
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
