Temp to Hire, possible Direct Hire Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) Job Duties : Accounts Payable
o Reconciling vendor accounts
o Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and answers payment related concerns
Accounts Receivable
o New Customer credit check for AR
Credit Card Maintenance
o Collecting expense reports
o Entry of CC transactions for month end close
Revise/Create/Document accounting processes
Month End and Year End closing tasks – as assigned
Assist in audits as needed
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
5+ years minimum experience in accounting or finance is desired. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Solid communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
