Job Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Property Management Marketing for new properties to onboard for our property management team to manage. Methods include: Purchased leads

Negotiate contracts with owners
Maintain relationships with owners
Maintain client relationship management (CRM) database
Investors Marketing for new investors for the purchase of our unique rental property investment portfolio offering. Methods include: Investment clubs

Propose and sell services to new investors
Onboard new investors
Direct communication with investors
Tracking of sales metrics
Maintain client relationship management (CRM) database
Operations Creation of processes and procedures manual
Track KPIs weekly and submit to manager
Meet weekly with manager to go over sales trackers
Support day-to-day operations
Provide input to improve our processes
Job Requirements
5 Years industry experience
Sales background with completed training
Active Texas Real Estate License
Marketing experience to find new properties
Investment property experience in buying and selling
Property management experience
Experience with property renovation
Three (3) professional references
Valid driver's license & own reliable transportation a must
Dress Code: Business professional
Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Pay and Benefits
1099 Contractor
Base Salary + Commission $40k-$125k
Bonuses paid on onboarded properties and investors
