About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key player in providing strategic legal counsel and support, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and safeguarding the company's interests. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including offering expert guidance on commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and litigation within the solar industry. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be responsible for drafting and finalizing various legal documents, identifying and mitigating legal risks, and staying updated on legal developments in the solar energy sector.Applicants must be fully bilingual in English and Mandarin, hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited law school, and have passed the Bar in any state in the US. A minimum of 5-8 years of legal experience, with a preference for those with a background in corporate or commercial law, is required. Expertise in commercial contracts, corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance is essential, with a strong understanding of the solar energy industry being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, analytic, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and sound judgment are also key qualifications for this role.
