Virtualization and Server Management:
Administer VMware vSphere 6.7 environments.
Manage and optimize Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a System and Network Administrator.
Expertise in VMware vSphere, Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, and Windows Server.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft technologies (O365, SQL 2012), and Windows desktop support.
Advanced understanding of LAN / WAN networks and VOIP systems.
Familiarity with high-availability architecture principles.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Citrix Certified Associate (CCA), or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server.
Experience with security tools and practices.
Knowledge of cloud technologies.
