The Client is looking for a well-rounded Contract developer to work on several projects. We have enhancement work and new product development scheduled over the next 6-12 months. Assignments will be based on the experience of the selected candidate. Required Technical Skills and Experience-
* Expert level .NET Framework, VB, C#, Visual Studio, JavaScript, TypeScript
* Experience creating APIs, command line utilities, and user interfaces
* Extensive knowledge of and experience with SQL Server development, including intermediate to advanced skill in Transact SQL, SSRS, and SSIS
* Extensive, recent experience with a distributed source control system, preferably Git
* Experience working with modern security authentication managers and protocols such as SAML / OAuth / Certificate Authorization.
* Optional - Experience with Angular and .NET Core.
Position Description-
* Performs with distinction as a well-rounded software developer
* Develops new features in a complex, object oriented, multi-tier or Web applications
* Translate business requirements and established architectural patterns into detailed designs.
* Develops enhancements and support services on existing code and understands the customer business process to troubleshoot reported problems.
* Performs all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

* Able to work with minimal supervision to deliver a quality software product on time and on budget
* Able to work independently or in a team environment

* Willing to work on site in downtown Sacramento. Partial remote may be available.
