Job Title: General Manager
Job Description : As the General Manager of our restaurant in Oak Creek, WI, you will oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales growth, and profit growth. Your responsibilities will include hiring and training staff members, ensuring they understand and embody our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys challenging work while still having fun! This position requires 45-50 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities :
Provide proper direction for the restaurant
Oversee daily operations
Drive satisfactory results through people development, sales growth, and profit growth
Hire, train, and develop staff members
Ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle
Engage in creative team activities while still having fun!
Experience Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar role
