Customer Journey Coordinator

This is a remote-based position. The base salary range is $50,000 - $65,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $55,000 - $70,000.

As a Customer Journey Coordinator with Advance Local, you’ll be part of the Digital Consumer Revenue (DCR) team and support the execution of customer journeys within the eCommerce platform, including all aspects of audience development - identity resolution, engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Additional responsibilities may also include work in app stores, display networks, social platforms, and email platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

Create new terms, offers, templates and experiences in eCommerce platforms (Piano/Firebase) from strategy documentation and flow diagrams.

Update existing terms, offers, templates and experiences in eCommerce platform (Piano/Firebase) to support marketing campaigns.

Implement testing scenarios using test briefs and other tools that outline the hypothesis.

Operationalize test wins to achieve full opportunity.

Audit experiences for compliance with intended customer experience and KPI’s.

Develop stakeholder communications to visualize the customer journeys expectations.

Support app store campaign implementation and optimization.

Export platform data for analysis and auditing.

Maintain ancillary documentation such as change logs, UTM indexes and landing page management.

Use project management tools (Trello/Notion) to manage work and communicate progress.

Troubleshoot customer issues for customer care team.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum two years’ related eCommerce platform experience, preferably in customer journey building

Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team

Experience executing from written and visual strategy documents

Proven ability to work independently to complete assigned projects on time

Attention to detail to produce error-free results

Experience using project management and data management tools, preferred

Understanding and use of HTML, CSS, App stores, Firebase and Google Analytics, preferred
