In conjunction with, and under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer / Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage the accounts payable function within QuickBooks.
Build and maintain a cloud-based vendor filing system.
Daily and monthly cash collection reconciliations by clinic location (we currently operate in 16 locations).
Perform month-end closure of the General Ledger.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Process monthly journal entries for accruals and allocation of prepayment accounts.
Account for fixed asset depreciation and capitalization of fixed assets.
Calculate and perform direct and indirect cost allocations.
Prepare draft financial statements.
Assist in preparation of monthly results reporting pack and commentary.
Prepare supporting documentation for internal and/or regulatory audits.
Complete of additional ad-hoc duties or assignments as required by the CFO, CEO, and/or Board of Directors.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong Knowledge of GAAP
