Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing projects with budgets of 5 Million Dollars and above. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a dedication to delivering projects on time and within budget. This role offers competitive compensation, including a salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 DOE, along with excellent benefits such as PTO, bonus incentives, car stipend or company truck, and competitive health benefits.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and quality standards are maintained
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, while monitoring project expenses to maximize profitability
Manage subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance, while ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams, and proactively address any issues or conflicts that may arise
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing projects with budgets of 5 Million Dollars and above
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
