Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake interviews via phone • Collect and record client information, including personal details, case details, and relevant documentation • Determine the nature of each case and assign appropriate • Stressing the urgency & importance of dealing with legal issues Now • Answer client questions regarding legal services, procedures, and fees • Gather and organize client documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and case management systems • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the intake process • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of success • Previous experience in a legal intake or client services role is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes/or the ability to learn quickly • Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools • Ability to handle a high volume of client inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations Compensation: $45,000 - $48,000 base salary + commission
