Mission:

You'll be the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients in the Fort Worth area, ensuring their properties are impeccably maintained. You'll lead a dedicated team, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional landscape services.

Responsibilities:

Client Success: Build strong rapport with clients (primarily HOA, commercial, and retail properties), proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations on service delivery. Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistent quality and identify opportunities for enhancements.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years in account management or landscape operations within a commercial setting.

What You'll Get:

Compensation: Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
