The Job:

As a Customer Success Manager, you play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of members and contributing to their success. You will serve as the primary account-level point of contact, ensuring the seamless onboarding of new members and proactively managing and growing an existing book of business. Responsibilities:

Own the experience for members, acting as their primary account-level point of contact and thought partner.

Manage the onboarding process to ensure quick and successful integration for new members.

Work collaboratively with overseas teammates to ensure the quality of service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of business experience.

Strong verbal communication and business-style writing skills.

Alignment with core values.
