Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our growing and expanding solution-based construction management firm with the following superpower traits!

The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in construction site management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the Construction industry
Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker
CSL certification required
OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified
Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies
In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
Effective leadership abilities
