About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue to lead and shape its revenue team during a phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of new business Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and Account Managers to develop a strong outbound strategy for new customer acquisition, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure strong retention in the existing customer base. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 12 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a sales role and 6-9 years in a revenue leadership position. The VP of Revenue will be expected to build a scalable outbound motion, drive expansions within existing customers, work closely with Revenue Operations for clear processes and implement sales training and methodology.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams, with a focus on culture and morale. They should bring expertise in outbound strategy, and sales tooling such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and experience in building playbooks and driving sales methodology adoption. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations to execute new customer sales growth and expand existing customer relationships. The VP of Revenue will be a key player in the company's efforts to understand and drive full-funnel outcomes for B2B marketers, utilizing AI and machine learning to activate buyer insights.
