Construction Manager

Job Description Job Description Description: We're looking for a Construction Manager to join our dynamic team at Mammoth Holdings and be part of our exciting journey in expanding our footprint across the nation's car wash industry!
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all new store construction from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to company standards.
· Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress with general contractors.
· Collaborate with preferred developer partners to ensure projects are executed according to plan and specifications.
· Provide weekly progress reports to the Director of Construction and conduct regular OAC meetings.
· Review and approve general contractor change orders, pay applications, and lien waivers.
· Coordinate deliveries and installations with internal teams and external vendors.
· Manage subcontractor submittals in coordination with project architects and engineers.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to streamline project execution.
· Review general contractor bids, offering feedback to the Director of Construction.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial retail construction management.
· Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
· Ability to organize, schedule, and conduct meetings effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Adobe, Bluebeam, and Procore is advantageous.
· Car wash industry experience is a plus but not required.
· Ability to work both in-office, remotely, and travel as needed (60% - 70% annually).
