A bit about the role:
We are building a brand new platform where people can build, share, and interact with AI in a fun social setting. We’re on a mission to unlock new forms of human creativity and enable anyone with an idea to bring their dreams to life with AI. To ensure our creative tools and social spaces are used responsibly, we are seeking a bold, forward-thinking, and analytically minded product manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of social and AI, and will play a key role in advancing our commitments around Responsible AI and Safe Social Spaces. Join us in designing a new generation of trust and safety tools for the social AI era.
A bit about the work:
Execute product roadmap that supports our community guidelines & policies
Work closely with Eng, T&S, Legal, Community, and Support teams to inform roadmap
Build moderation, reporting, and enforcement tools for internal teams & end-users alike
Analyze and fine-tune our automated moderation tools and classifiers to ensure they are effectively and reliably enforcing our policies
Deliver weekly reports on key trust & safety KPIs, emerging trends, and other insights that guide our strategy around key safety pillars.
Proactively monitor emerging threats, abuse vectors, and industry trends to address potential issues before they escalate into rapid response scenarios.
A bit about you:
3+ years of product management experience in a Trust & Safety role, preferably within a large scale social media and/or artificial intelligence environment.
Roll up your sleeves attitude with no problem too small or complex to tackle
Direct experience working with content moderation systems like Hive or similar
Strong analytical and data skills to analyze complex datasets, identify actionable insights, and leverage data to drive strategic tool improvements in T&S
Proven ability to steer cross-functional projects in a fast paced, evolving environment
Track record creating and optimizing moderation tools, ensuring they are effective and scalable to manage online abuse and support safe product development efforts
Location:
This role is remote, USA-based. Cantina, Inc. has offices located in Sunnyvale, CA and Brooklyn, NY.
Pay Equity:
In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the salary range for this role ranges from $120,000 - $150,000. When determining salary rate, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, and location.
