In accordo con le esigenze aziendali e riportando allHR Manager, il candidato si occuper della selezione, inserimento e gestione di District Manager, Store Manager e del personale di vendita negli oltre 100 DOS. Si confronter con lUfficio Formazione e con la Direzione Commerciale per la pianificazione dei percorsi formativi e di crescita del personale dei PDV sulla base della produttivit e delle previsioni di incasso, lavorer a stretto contatto con lAmministrazione del Personale per la corretta applicazione delle norme contrattuali e di legge e per la gestione dei contenziosi.
Si confronter con il Controlling per la gestione dei costi del personale e per lelaborazione del budget annuale.
Il candidato ideale ha maturato unesperienza di almeno 3/4 anni nello stesso ruolo.
Ulteriori requisiti : ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, disponibilit a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale, automunito, domicilio in Campania.
