Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join ourteam. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling andengaging content across various marketing channels to effectively communicateour brand message and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate closelywith the sales, product, and external agency teams to develop strategies andexecute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidatewill have a strong understanding of marketing principles, exceptional writingskills, and a creative mindset.

About the ROLE

Each day at AssuranceAmerica isdifferent, but as a Marketing Specialist , you will:

· Developcreative and innovative content for marketing campaigns, including websitecopy, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, advertisingmaterials, and more.

· Collaboratewith the sales team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that alignwith business goals and target audience preferences, with a focus on digitaland social media target marketing.

· Conductthorough research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, andcustomer needs to inform content creation and marketing strategies.

· Writeclear, concise, and engaging copy that effectively communicates brandmessaging and drives customer action.

· Editand proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brandguidelines.

Optimize content for SEO toimprove visibility and search engine rankings.

Monitor and analyze theperformance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data and analytics to makeinformed decisions and optimize content strategies.

Stay updated on emerging trendsand best practices in copywriting, content marketing, and digitalmarketing to continuously improve effectiveness and drive results.

About YOU

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism,or related field.

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)

· Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator in amarketing role, preferably within a relevant industry.

· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills withimpeccable attention to detail.

· Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovativeideas for content and marketing campaigns.

· Proficiency in SEO best practices and experience optimizingcontent for search engines.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with theability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such asGoogle Analytics, social media management tools, and content managementsystems.

· Strong analytical skills and theability to interpret data to drive decision-making and improve marketingperformance.

Preferred

· Experience with graphic designsoftware and basic design principles.

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and otherweb development languages.

· Understanding of branding principlesand brand identity development.

· Experience with email marketingplatforms and strategies.

· Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant marketingcertifications.

PhysicalRequirements

· Prolongedperiods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must beable to lift 15 pounds at times.
