CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Hotel Night Auditor for the Baymont Inn Colorado Springs, Colorado. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.
Our Hotel Night Auditor will demonstrate the ability to work independently while providing excellent guest service. The position will also be responsible to follow basic accounting and standard business procedures to assure the hotel's records and reporting are complete and accurate. Guest security and safety is most important to CUSA, LLC and the night audit position is crucial to assure every guest has a safe and secure stay. This position will also provide information about the hotel features and amenities and make recommendations about the hotel and local area. Completes their job duties in conjunction with the hotel's policy and procedures. This position will welcome guests, express recognition if a rewards member and sign up for membership if not, review the transactions and complete the audit for the day.
