Legal Advisor

Reporting to the Senior Legal Advisor, you will be part of a collaborative legal team, working directly with internal clients across Kew. No two days will be the same, you might be supporting our scientific and conservation work, our extensive events program including visitor programs in the gardens and large-scale events such as Christmas at Kew, or fundraising.
A lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience, confident in drafting, advising on and negotiating a broad range of contracts, our ideal candidate will nevertheless welcome stretch and be able to cope with the diverse workload that Kew will provide. Equally important is good commercial acumen; you must be able to use your own initiative and technical expertise to provide practical solutions.
This role will suit a qualified junior solicitor, ideally with in-house experience, keen to develop and broaden their skills but candidates with relevant qualifications and skills sets/experience will be considered.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

The salary will be£43,123 - £46,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
