Responsibilities: Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds
Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized
Spearhead and develop an effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel services and other offerings
Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
Guide the leaders of each hotel department in developing goals, objectives, and a plan of action for achieving them
Qualifications: Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
You must have 5 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required
Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
