Summary of Position:

Acuative is searching for a results-driven Account Executive/Sales Principal with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and growing business in technical services and managed network solutions through selling to and partnering with Service Providers. Expertise in strategic planning, client relationship development, and implementing innovative sales strategies. Skilled in identifying market opportunities, gaining new key accounts, and exceeding sales targets in competitive environments. Adept at fostering a collaborative culture to inspire teams and achieve organizational revenue goals in a dynamic sales environment. The candidate must live within a reasonable drive to Seattle, WA region.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Experienced Technical Sales Professional: Seeking a dynamic individual with a proven track record in technical sales engineering who is eager to transition into a sales/business development role. Alternatively, candidates with a strong technical background and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Effective Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful dialogues with executive-level prospects, employing active listening techniques to facilitate interactive exchanges. Proficiency in identifying client pain points and aligning them with our solutions is essential.

Channel Sales Expertise: Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in channel sales, particularly in collaborating with service providers to cater to their end-users. Expertise and experience with sell/with and sell/thru. Previous experience in selling to cell phone carriers is highly desirable.

Understanding of Sales Processes: Thorough understanding and experience in the sales processes of service providers, including familiarity with their go-to-market strategies and current market positioning.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of professional service offerings; including consulting, managed services, network engineering, unified communications, wireless/managed mobility, FSO(Full Stack Observability), digital media, and security technologies. Ability to capture technical requirements needed by service provider offer teams.

Sales Acumen: Proficient communicator capable of empathetically listening to customers, identifying how technology can address their current issues, presenting comprehensive solutions, and closing technical sales. Experienced in navigating long sales cycles, offer development, and bid processes.

Polished Presenter: Confident, autonomous presenter skilled in tailoring opportunities to audiences at all levels within service provider relationships.

Customer Relationship Management: Focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a deep understanding of their business and workflows. Proven ability to develop an appropriate contact network within accounts.

Resource Utilization: Demonstrated success in leveraging internal resources to deliver optimal solutions within required timeframes. We are seeking talent that possess an entrepreneurial spirit and positive, can-do drive.

Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute short and long-term strategic business plans aimed at growing the franchise and achieving sales objectives.

Proficiency with CRM Tools: Experience in utilizing CRM tools such as Dynamics, or Salesforce to manage sales processes effectively.

Education and Additional Experience: A college degree is preferred. Previous experience in carrier/enterprise sales and pre-sales technical experience and certifications are advantageous.
