We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Moreno & Associates, Inc. Account Manager's play a crucial role in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all client interactions and service delivery processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (Not Required) .
Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably in the commercial building maintenance or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software.
Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed (even on the weekends if there is a project to oversee).
