About Your Role The Travel + Leisure team is looking for a Commerce Editor to help expand and maintain Travel + Leisure’s robust evergreen commerce library. You will assign, edit, update, and publish roundups and reviews of travel products. This is a full-time (40 hours a week), five-month contract position with the potential to extend or go full-time with a pay range of $35 per hour. About Your Contributions: Assign, edit and publish product roundups and reviews that are a fit for the brand and align with the site’s standards and goals Update content based on performance data and insights as well as updated product information Collaborate with the beat editors, editorial, growth, and social teams to optimize our content for our readers and search Prioritize day-to-day needs alongside special projects that support the team’s goals Ensure both new and existing content reflects the voice and values of Travel + Leisure Attend and participate in weekly team meetings About You: 3+ years writing and editing experience at an online publisher Personal interest in finding the best travel products, including luggage, apparel, outdoor gear, and more Detail-oriented and deadline-focused Familiarity with SEO best practices Proficiency in project management tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar CMS experience required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Pay Range: $35.00/hr
