Position Overview:
Redefining the Future Network, Inc. seeks highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinicians to join our dedicated team when we open our Outpatient Mental Health Center. The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and an active LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure. The clinician will provide therapeutic interventions to address developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs in children, adolescents, and families. Per session salary option available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to provide evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in mental health research and attend relevant trainings and conferences.
- Other duties assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Active LCSW-C, LCSW, LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LMFT licensure required.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities to address developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs in children, adolescents, and families is required.
- Excellent clinical and strategic capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in outpatient mental health settings.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
