What to expect:
In this career, you will connect with clients who ship on a daily/monthly basis and educate them on how to utilize freightcenter.com. In the eyes of your clients, you are their #1 shipping solution, making sure their shipment is picked up and delivered promptly. You will take your time with customers, determine their needs, and resolve the issue in the same call. In result, creating long-term customer relationships and repeat business.
Hours needed to fill: 11 am to 8 pm
Job Location: Palm Harbor, On site, no remote work available
Pay: $15 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with an emphasis on service to our clients.
Customers need answers! Be sure you can: Clarify, Research, and provide information to resolve the customer's concerns. One call resolutions!
Sometimes the client needs to hear it from someone else; Restate the issue, explore options, and implement solutions for customer satisfaction.
Present new features to clients when necessary and explain the benefits.
Properly maintain shipments by entering complete and accurate client information and updating when necessary.
Be the liaison between our sales department and clients
Requirements:
No experience working in logistics in any way, shape, or form? No problem. Many of our top performers were brand new to the industry when they walked through our doors.
Have excellent communication skills via phone and email
A problem solver
Eager to learn
Can prioritize and perform under pressure
Can work individually and be a team player who will help their colleagues if needed
Can remain calm and patient with ALL customers, no matter the circumstance
Basic computer skills (google calender, excel, emails, Google Drive)
**Must be open to cross-training in various job duties within the Customer Service department. Your daily assignments may vary based on departmental requirements.**
