Your job will include:
High-level contact and communication with clients, partner divisions and subcontractors
Project management from idea to implementation - from brief intake to campaign execution, monitoring and invoicing
Coordinating the account team and subcontractors, managing their tasks
Reviewing and checking the prepared campaign materials
Preparation of cost estimates, coordination of liquidations, preparation and control of contracts
The ideal candidate has:
At least 3 years of agency experience in an account position
Experience in project management
High degree of customer focus, effective communication with clients
A complete overview of projects, optimization of work processes, keeping deadlines
Solution-centered and goal-oriented approach
Strategic vision, thinking in systems
Positive attitude and work ethic
Determination and independence
Friendly, team player attitude
Fluent, conversational English skills (verbal, written, presentation)
