NOC Technician

Job Description
A major client in the gaming industry is seeking a NOC Technician to support their Austin, TX office. The NOC Technician will be responsible for monitoring Slack channels and engaging with customers to address low-level incidents and tickets. They will also be responsible for supporting during events, triaging and escalating tickets as needed. Hours are 3 PM to 12 AM, Friday-Tuesday.

Confluence and Jira hands-on experience
IP and basic knowledge of Network
AD experience
Experience with SOPs and Runbooks to resolve tickets. Streaming Knowledge
Event Management
Splunk/Datadog
