Description
Kelvin Group is adding a Marketing Manager to our team! The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant content and transform into engaging and impactful materials for social media, collateral, presentations, email blasts, case studies, and more
Maintain a high standard of content quality and consistency across all marketing channels
Maintain company-wide social media calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts across platforms
Execute social media campaigns to enhance online visibility and engage with target audiences, customers, vendors, etc.
Monitor and manage membership for industry associations
Ensure timely renewals and maintain positive relationships with relevant organizations
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns, to increase online visibility and generate leads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Specialist and business unit sales leaders to conduct a thorough analysis of website traffic to derive valuable insights into user behavior, engagement patterns, and other pertinent metrics
Undertake graphic design work for collateral, advertisements, and other marketing materials
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project a cohesive brand image
Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for tradeshows and events
Contribute to the development of marketing materials for event promotions
Work closely with various departments to obtain and post content on company intranet
Ensure that internal communications are aligned with overall marketing strategies
Regularly communicate with business unit sales leaders to identify messaging for business unit specific marketing initiatives
Work with various Kelvin departments to maintain brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines
Assist in the creation of employee and customer surveys to gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Fleet department on the design of company vehicles
Work with printer vendors to execute printed materials in line with the brand
Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialist to ensure seamless data flow from CRM to marketing automation platform
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing related role
Proven experience in marketing with a focus on content creation, social media management, and digital marketing
Strong graphic design skills using tools in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
