* Abwicklung der Hoteleinkaufsaktivitten (Vertragsabwicklung und Bearbeitung File Transfer, Ausfhrung der Datenexporte/ -importe von ratefinding.com nach DERhotel.com in die Buchungssysteme und Sicherstellung der Buchbarkeit der Hotels in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung)
* Kommunikation mit Hotels, Hotelkettenansprechpartnern, u.a. mit dem Ziel der Akquise neuer Hotels und Hotelketten
* Qualittssicherung der Stammdaten der Hotels und Einspielen von Master Data in ratefinding.com
* Betreuung Telefonhotline DERHOTEL (Hotline, Fehler-Queue, Emails, Reklamationsbearbeitung)
* Rate Audits: Einspielen der Vertrge nach ratefinding.com, regelmige berprfung der Ratenladungen und Ratenbeschreibungen sowie Anmahnung gar nicht oder inkorrekt geladener Raten bei Hotels/Hotelketten in relevanten Buchungssystemen (DERHotel und GDS)
* Betreuung von Firmenkunden & regelmiger Austausch mit Firmenkunden zur Abstimmung von Ratenladung, Reporting & Abrechnung
* Strategische Weiterentwicklung der DER CS Bestandskunden
* Betreuung der Reisebros, die ber DERHotel buchen
* Rechnungsstellung ber SAP und Mahnwesen
****Ihr Profil:****
* Betriebswirtschaftliches oder touristisches Studium wnschenswert
* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Travel Umfeld
* Gute Kenntnisse der Hotellerie
* Kenntnisse von RFP Tools, wie z.B. Ratefinding und den GDS Systemen Amadeus, Galileo und Sabre von Vorteil
* Prozesskenntnisse Ratenladung von Vorteil
* Erfahrungen/Kenntnisse im Bereich Hotelreservierungen
* SAP-Kenntnisse
* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
