**Job Overview:**

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you’ll be responsible for assisting homeowners, escrow companies, realtors and REO institutions via telephone and e\-mail\. You will provide feedback to Community Management staff, as well as assist residents regarding unit and community information\.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Take inbound/outbound calls from homeowners/residents of rental properties, realtors, REO institutions and respond in a timely manner

+ Provide residents with service information and submit work orders as needed

+ Coordinate with CM's and Associates regarding unit and community information

+ Research information using internal software, available resources and knowledge data base

+ Verify and update customer information

**\*Open availability required for Customer Care Center hours**

+ Employees will have 1 designated weekday and 1 designated weekend day off per week

+ FL and NC: Monday – Sunday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST \(8\-hour shifts\)

+ TX: Monday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST \(8\-hour shifts\)

+ NV: Monday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST \(8\-hour shifts\)

+ 3 Weeks Monday – Friday

+ 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM EST
