Our expertise and global reach enable us to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients that pave the way for long-lasting benefits to society.In this role, the Project Manager will manage a diversity of project sizes and serve as a Project Manager on small to large highway/roadway projects.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:As Project Manager, manage all aspects of projects for roadway and civil engineering design projects.Work is accomplished autonomously on small/medium projects or portions of larger projects within established procedures and practices.Determine work priorities based on general direction from Managers.Provide leadership for the work group through knowledge in areas of specialization, coordinating work of others.May lead one or more teams in the delivery of work efforts that are often complex.Be involved in all project aspects from client meetings, design/study development and site/field visits during design and constructionMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering10+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)Business development, client account management, lead proposal efforts, team leadership/mentoringProfessional Engineer (PE) - California preferredExperience designing highway/roadway systemsExperience with design software including MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, ACAD Civil 3D, and/or InfraworksProject management experienceExperience with Business Development/Client RelationsGood communication skills.Familiar with MS Office 2010 software (Excel, Word, Project) is requiredMust be a team playerAdditional Information This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.Relocation and/or per diem benefits are not offered.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.**Here, you will have freedom to grow in a world of opportunity.**We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work.
