Job Overview: As the Technology Operations Project Manager, you use your project management skills to drive improvements to our technology and telecommunications processes, including billing and invoicing, tracking service requests, and managing communication. Building Blocks of Success: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience in multifamily operations, IT project management or related field
Experience working in telecom, IT, networking, or IT infrastructure technology
Ability to quickly learn new technology and ask investigative questions
Experience driving and maturing continuous integration and quality automations
Proven team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic agile work environment
Supported a metrics-driven data culture to drive accountability and transparency
Passionate problem solver and motivated self-starter including ability to analyze situation and recommend sound solutions and implementation strategies
Experience working as hands on technical resource preferred
Workflow definition and management with Agile Project management tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Version One preferred
