Grav is looking for a Email/SMS Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and will report to GRAV's,VP of Revenue.
What You'll Do:
Lead our email/sms marketing efforts by developing and executing impactful email/sms campaigns that engage, convert, and retain our customer base
Working with leadership to shape email/sms marketing strategy and optimize our existing email/sms programs for maximum ROI
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Social, and Sales/Ecomm, to create compelling email/sms campaigns that resonate with our audience
Plan and execute list segmentation, email/sms campaigns, A/B testing, and other optimization strategies to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions for both B2B and D2C channels
Utilize HubSpot and Klaviyo to manage email lists, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery
Who You Are:
3 years of experience managing email and sms campaigns, lists and segmentation
Knowledge of best practices for email and sms marketing
Experience in Klaviyo, Hubspot, or similar email marketing platform
