Responsible Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for any technology deliverable during a Transition.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
Execution of the desired outcomes described in Technology Delivery playbook
Assurance that technology deliverables are communicated and understood by the targeted user community and other account stakeholders.
Preparing incoming account team for Business-As-Usual (BAU) with a successful handoff, including data and technology governance.
Liaison with SME/Workstreams
Liaison with client technology lead
Risk identification, quantification, and mitigation
Active engagement in account technology roadmap and contract alignment during the Transition
Directional guidance and issue escalation to account and Transition leadership.
Achieve technology related transitions KPIs where applicable

**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE**
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of eight to twelve years of related experience and/or training, including five years of experience at the management level.

**COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
