**About the Role:**
Were looking for a quick-learning, motivated IT Support Specialist to join the team responsible for assisting in maintaining the companys internal IT infrastructure.
**Responsibilities:**
* Respond and complete support tickets to ensure business application functionality and all employees technical issues and are resolved in a timely fashion and prevent disruption of daily workflow
* Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, upgrade, and install local desktop, laptop, printers, networking and other equipment
* Perform scheduled maintenance in order to provide and continue to provide employees with up to date working equipment and latest software updates
* Document internal procedures
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
* Purchase supply of products/materials
* Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
* Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment
**Qualifications:**
* B.S. degree
* Previous experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support
* Networking experience (ideally exposure to Cisco Meraki)
* Proficiency in supporting and configuring Mac OSx
* Proficiency in supporting and configuring Microsoft Windows OS
* Knowledge of G-Suite
* Efficient and knowledgeable with a wide range of infrastructure, including but not limited to Operating Systems, Device Management, Networking, and client systems
* Basic understanding of relational databases and business workflow tools
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks concurrently
