The Requirements: Must be a physician or registered nurse with at least 5+ years of nursing experience and licensed in the state of Arizona.
Must have 1-2 years of supervisory and management experience in home care and health service administration experience
Must reside in Arizona, preferably in the Phoenix area. Although this is a hybrid position with great remote responsibilities, there are components of in-person supervision that are necessary.
