Responsibilities: • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Previous legal experience a plus Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
