THE ROLE
As a Lead Machine Learning engineer you will…
Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning models to model customer behavior in the credit space
Productionize and scale advanced machine learning algorithms for the credit space
Work with large scale customer data to build top solutions
Build microservices and data pipelines
Lead projects and mentor more junior members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of full time experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms
Experience with customer behavior modeling and consumer data
Experience working end-to-end and building production level models
Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning with a strong foundation in statistics
Experience in fintech - fraud detection or credit risk modeling is a huge plus!
Grea communication skills
Experience leading teams is a huge plus
Tools: Python, Tensorflow, SQL, Spark, AWS Sagemaker
THE BENEFITS
As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you can expect a base salary between $200,000 to $240,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
