We are looking for a BizOps Associate to evangelize our service and streamline on-boarding. This is full-time role with salary, equity, and health benefits!
Do you get energized meeting new people and by selling a product you believe in? Whether it’s running in-person tours or matching potential housemates; you’ll be on the front lines enabling every day people to get access to attractive AND affordable housing.
Your Role:
Conduct tours daily, both in-person and virtually
Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
Set up and host community events
Resolve or escalate any customer concerns to the proper channel
Your Skills:
Extroverted: energized by meeting new people with a tendency to over communicate
Organized to the point of being considered OCD
Intrinsically motivated to improve processes and to learn
Spreadsheet capable
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Can assist in generating new and more efficient processes
Strong writer and proficiency with other common languages a plus
Experience:
2-4 years of sales or customer service experience
1-2 years in an analytical role such as consulting, banking, marketing or analytics
Bonus if you are an SF/South Baynative
