Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage, mentor and develop others on the team
Work closely with product managers, designers, customers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Responsible for timeline and roadmap of the product development process
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our development practices
Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing among team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable software architectures
Lead the technical design and development of web applications; both frontend and backend
Strong focus on continuous improvement and learning
Conduct performance reviews, manage team dynamics, and resolve conflicts
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education
Min 7 years of experience as a Tech Lead or similar role
Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and relevant frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
Proficiency in Node.js/Deno/Bun and server-side TypeScript development.
Experience from delivering products with cross-functional teams
Ability to mentor, lead and manage technical teams effectively
Have a proactive and collaborative approach to leadership and be a team-player
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices
Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology decisions with the strategy and goals
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools.
Have an analytical mindset
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
