About The Job

As the Director of Google Cloud’s Customer Engineering, you drive the team to meet and exceed challenging growth targets while driving client satisfaction. You fully understand the technology of Google’s solutions in the enterprise space, and bring a strong operational approach to recruiting, coaching, and managing your team.

In this role, you will interface with key client executives and play the technical leadership role in large customer opportunities. You will manage the business autonomously while leveraging where the group fits into the broader organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$313,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of CE Managers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for the region by working with enterprise companies, with a constant march up-market.

Recruit exceptional talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable, forthright feedback.

Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale. Work through and directly manage details in the business as required.

Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate directly in the key agreements and accounts within the region.

Continue to inject operational excellence into the organization.
