Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and delivering them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage conference room schedules, and prepare meeting materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Client Services: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance as needed.
Maintain client records and update contact information as required.
Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure client needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and clients to relay messages and ensure smooth internal and external communication.
