As a Sales Executive, you will be granted a new territory within the City Wide Facility Solutions – Mt. Diablo market located in the East Bay. You will own new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.

Who are you? You are a strong hunter and can easily explain the activity levels needed to maintain a full pipeline and reach your goals. You have exceptional listening and questioning skills, love to find and close new business, sell value instead of price, and develop long-lasting customer relationships. You possess strong consultative selling skills as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills. You are proud of your numbers and eager to tell us how your sales results make you the best candidate to join our growing team. You are driven and ready to work hard while having fun doing it.

In this position you will:

Identify and qualify potential clients.

Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.

Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.

Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week.

Utilize our customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all customer information and activity.

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

What you bring:

3+ years outside B2B sales experience, prefer most recent job experience in outside sales

Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, i.e. 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)

Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory

Proficiency in CRM systems to include strong data entry and organization of sales data

Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred

Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales

Outgoing, dynamic personality

Can-do attitude that loves to be challenged

Organized within a defined sales process with an ability to move clients from prospect to close

An excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate a presentation or a one-to-one meeting

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong MS Office skills
