As they continue growing, they are looking for a Branch Manager who will be crucial in leading branch operations, driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and optimizing financial performance.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
Lead Operation Managers and direct day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, payroll, and client site coverage.
Interact with clients to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships.
Provide leadership and guidance to Operation Managers and other branch staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
Oversee branch finances, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and profitability optimization.
Participate in strategic planning activities to set goals and objectives for the branch and identify growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high service quality standards.
Generate reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
Invest in developing branch staff through training programs, performance evaluations, and coaching.
Facilitate open communication channels and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Address challenges, make timely decisions, and implement strategic initiatives to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
Significant experience in the security industry, preferably in a leadership role.
Experience managing a high volume of hours.
Proficiency in P&L management and financial analysis.
Strong leadership skills and experience in branch management.
Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in operational management.
Ability to foster team cohesion and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about the security industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with scheduling software.
Optional certifications such as CPP, PC, or PSP are advantageous.
